Commercial real estate is not a passive investment for Groupe Soto. We actively acquire income-producing properties, commercial portfolios and parking infrastructure across our target markets. We also seek to own the real estate beneath every operating business we acquire. This is a core part of how we structure deals, how we finance acquisitions and how we build a portfolio that compounds in value over time.

Mid-market manufacturing is one of the most underleveraged sectors in North America. Owner-operated manufacturers built over decades are now facing succession without a clear buyer. We target essential product manufacturers, food processing, specialty manufacturing, industrial components and value-added production, where strong margins, recurring customers and hard assets create a compelling acquisition profile. We bring institutional deal structuring and a network built from 12 years inside one of North America's largest food companies.
